This 2 storey architecturally designed house offers quality and comfort for your time away from home.

The style is contemporary, clean and comfortable, light and bright. The house is appointed with modern art and quality furniture. It features polished solid timber Tasmanian oak floors throughout and Italian terrazzo tiles in the entrance and bathrooms.

It can easily accommodate 6 adults comfortably in premium hotel quality beds and an additional 2 guests on fold out beds.

Upstairs, the spacious open plan living area comprises of a full sized kitchen, an 8 seat dining table and lounge room which opens onto a private deck. It also comprises of a bedroom, a bathroom and laundry facility.

The JAG designed kitchen is well appointed with quality stainless steel European appliances (including gas cook top, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher), stone bench tops, ample crockery and cuttlery...excellent for passionate cooks and lovers of food.

The dining area has a large 8 seat square table with moulded timber Italian designer chairs.

The lounge is furnished with leather sofas, a large LCD TV and surround sound home theatre system.

The deck is perfect for a refreshing outdoor drink, reading the morning paper and to soak up a little sun, the evening sea breeze and the buzz of Glenelg. It is equipped with a small outdoor table and six chairs.

The bathrooms are stylishly designed and spacious. The downstairs bathroom has a bath tub.

The property has ducted, reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, broadband wireless internet, keyless entry, security alarm and water temperature controllers.

One offstreet carpark is allocated to this property unless otherwise arranged.

Location, Location

The property is located on Sussex St only metres from cosmopolitan Jetty road were you will find cafes, restaurants, cinemas, pubs, clubs, fashion outlets, and more. Near by is also the Holdfast Shores Marina, Harbour Town(where quality brands sell direct)and Adelaide's new international airport. Glenelg’s popular sandy beach is only a short walk away as is the tram and other public transport. There is something for everyone in Glenelg; however if you want more, Adelaide’s CBD is only a short tram ride away with trams coming and going regularly.

Accommodation

The house can accommodate between 2 and 6 people comfortably in beds, and an additonal 2 on quality fold out beds.

Bedrooms can be configured with either double or single beds.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other beds are queen size.

The accommodation is rented on a per person per room basis.

Tarrifs are calculated according to the amount of people and the number of beds and rooms used. For instance the tarrif for 2 people in one room is cheaper than the tarrif for 2 people in 2 rooms. Similar applies to bathrooms.

Unused bedrooms and bathrooms will be inaccessable.

Together with adjacent 4 properties we can comfortably accommodate 28 guests and a maximum of 38 with the use of fold out beds.
Each property is self contained with their own kitchen, dining, lounge, laundry facility and bathroom(s).

There is one offstreet carpark allocated per property unless otherwise arranged.
