The JAG kitchen is well appointed with quality stainless steel European appliances (including gas cook top, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher), stone bench tops, ample crockery and cutlery...excellent for passionate cooks and lovers of food.
The lounge is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, a large LCD TV and surround sound home theatre system.
The deck is perfect for a refreshing outdoor drink or for reading the morning paper while soaking up a little sun. It is equipped with a small outdoor table and six chairs.
The bathrooms are stylishly designed, modern and spacious. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet and shower, while the large downstairs bathroom has a bath tub with shower and toilet.
The property has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, broadband wireless internet (additional cost), keyless entry, security alarm and independent water temperature controllers.

The property is located on Sussex St only metres from Glenelg's main street, Jetty road. Along Jetty Road you will find cafes, restaurants, pubs, clubs, fashion outlets, and more. Nearby is the Holdfast Shores Marina, Harbour Town (Adelaide only DFO) and Adelaide Airport (domestic & international).
Glenelg’s popular sandy beach is only a short walk away as is the tram and other public transport. There is something for everyone in Glenelg; however if you want more, Adelaide’s CBD is only a short tram ride away with trams coming and going regularly.
The house can accommodate between 2 and 6 people comfortably in beds with an additional 2 on quality fold out beds.
The downstairs master bedroom has a king size bed with the second downstairs bedroom a queen. The upstairs bedroom also has a queen; however, all beds can be configured as singles as needed.
The accommodation is rented on a per person per room basis.
Tariffs are calculated according to the amount of people and the number of beds and rooms used. For instance the tariff for 2 people in one room is cheaper than the tariff for 2 people in 2 rooms. Similar applies to bathrooms.
Unused bedrooms and bathrooms will be inaccessible.
Together with the adjacent 5 properties we can comfortably accommodate 32 guests in beds, with a maximum of 42 guests accommodated with the use of fold out beds.
Each property is self contained with its own kitchen, dining, lounge, laundry facilities and bathroom(s).
