Description

A recently renovated and newly furnished 3 bedroom house, with a lovely outdoor entertaining deck overlooking a large grassy, fully enclosed backyard - just 200m flat walk to the beach.

Air Conditioning in the lounge/living areas and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar and a separate dining area. A high chair is provided for those with babies/toddlers.

There is a lovely undercover rear deck with an outdoor seating for 8 and barbecue overlooking a large flat grassy backyard that is fully enclosed and perfect for children, including a large children's swing set & slide.

The open plan living area has comfortable leather lounges, a large plasma television & DVD.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, large built-ins & ceiling fan.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed & ceiling fan & bedroom three has a set of bunk beds & built-ins.

The bathroom is new and fresh, with a separate bath and shower. There is a separate laundry with new washing machine and dryer.

Overlooking the garden is a large rumpus room / sleep out, with a queen sofa bed, single fold out bed, television, DVD, video, Playstation 2, children's games table and a selection of children's toys. Perfect for those with children or any rainy days.

Perfect house for families with children! The parents will definitely feel like they have had a break.

Please note this house is not suitable for large groups of adults or teenagers.

....."What a wonderful 11 days here....we made good use of your thoughtful provisions - swing set, blue car, games table, PS2, BBQ and GREAT deck - and particularly enjoyed only being a short walk to the beach. On the last Saturday in September we were able to fulfil our family ritual of watching the AFL grand final - the TV size was a real luxury for us, something we exploited well. We would definitely consider coming here for another holiday - the natural beauty of this region is possibly taken for granted by those nearby - we were enthralled by all the nooks & crannies, the beaches around every twist & turn and water views everywhere.
