New Air Conditioning just fitted. All bedrooms as well as the living areas now has Air Conditioning.

Downstairs:

Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances (large fridge with chiled water and ice cube maker, dish washer, microwave, oven/stove).
Dining for eight (high chair supplied).
Living room equipped with Air conditioner, new modern furniture, large TV with digital set-top box, dvd/video player, cd/stereo system.
Access to washing line, toilet and double garage.

Upstairs:

Three Air Conditioned Bedrooms (all fitted with built in robes, ensuite to main, second TV to main,all have access to front balcony with filtered views of the bay).
Main bathroom with bath-tub.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Walk through laundry to access rear balcony entertainment area which has plenty of seating, four burner gas bbq with hood and two large sails to keep the sun and rain away.

Linen not supplied.
With extra parking for a second car and even the boat.

  • "Stayed here over the Easter break and had a great time. Location is good, 1minute drive or short walk to the shops/marina. Well maintained property with modern appliances, including a clothes dryer. The double garage was handy, since we had two cars. The property owner is a top bloke too, friendly and easy to deal with. I'd stay here again next time."

We would've loved to have made use of the front and rear balcony if we had time. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The owner was also very pleasant to deal with. Very lovely place to stay at & the view from the balcony is stunning, we can already see the beach. A nice lovely walk to the shops & beach is doable. The house is very affordable, nice lovely owner..can be contacted at any time & would even work around his time to handover the keys for the house. Would definitely recommend it to anyone..."

  • "Hi Holiday House Hunters, Myself and 6 friends stayed at the Gateway by the bay and it was a fantastic weekend! The house is so clean and very comfortable especially the lounges in the living area! The main shops/marina are just down the road so midnight snacks went down a treat. Nice view from the top floor balcony. Great space to share with friends or family, the kitchen is fit for a chef and the BBQ area is great for a relaxing Sunday. Most importantly a morning walk to the beach is doable. Great value for money, the owner is so down to earth and to him we say thank you for the fab house and an easy stay, I'm going again with my family! "
