Description
It is located 5 minutes walk to Noosa Heads shopping where you will find retail outlets, supermarkets and cinema. Another 20 minutes walk (or 5 minutes drive) will take you to to Hastings Street where the famous Noosa Main Beach and upmarket shops, restaurants are. It is highset, fenced, private and clean. The feeling inside is of spaciousness as the lounge area is very large. With picture windows looking into a private garden area and large deck.
IDEAL FOR FAMILIES WHO WANT TO SHARE
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has 2 singles. One Bedroom has an ensuite while two of the bedrooms has a bathroom in between. So great for two families. All bedrooms/ lounge etc have reverse cycled airconditioners with the lounge, eating area and all bedrooms have fans as well. There are screens on all windows. Outdoor barbeque, entertaining area and carport complete this picture. Indoors is a tabletennis table, games and DVD's . ALL LINEN AND CLEANING IS INCLUDED IN PRICE. Please note price is for two people. There is an extra charge of ten dollars per person per night.
PETS CATERED FOR ....
Pets are welcome as long as they are well behaved. Small and Medium are catered for, larger dogs may be accepted by arrangement. BYO bedding. Pets may sleep indoors on their beds but not in bedrooms. There is an off leash beach at Sunshine Beach, 10 minutes by car away. All we ask is that you clean up after your pet. Normal bond conditions apply with regard to cleaning up of pet waste and property damage.
