Delightful split level holiday home within 15 minutes walk of Victor Harbor town centre & the beach. Set on a hillside with an established native garden setting on a corner allotment.
Ideal quiet getaway home for couples or a small family.
Comprises downstairs: open plan kitchen/dining & family room - complete with 42 inch LCD TV, DVD, MP3 player & ipod dock. There is a bathroom, toilet, laundry & second bedroom with 2 King-size single beds (which can be joined together to make one King-size bed).
Kitchen has gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher & filtered drinking water.
Full-size laundry has frontload washing machine & clothes dryer. Plus, clothes line outside.
Upstairs is a mezzanine sitting area & master bedroom. Master bedroom has Queen-size bed & its own adult's retreat, including seating area with 26 inch flat screen LCD TV with built-in DVD player.
Master Bedroom has Queen size bed, ceiling fan, electric blankets & its own split system reverse cycle airconditioner.
Downstairs bedroom comprises 2 king-size singles that can be joined together to make one King-Size bed. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan & IXL wall mounted heater with safety cut-off.
Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with extensive hanging space & drawers.
Full linen service provided: - including sheets, quilts, quilt covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mat & face washers etc Additional blankets stored in linen press. Tea-towels also provided.
Downstairs double sliding doors (fitted with privacy/sun-shield blinds) open out to an extensive front timber deck with outdoor setting. Shade sail covers outdoor table and seating. Gas BBQ adjacent.
Fully enclosed backyard with 2 other courtyard areas - both with all-weather seating.
Carport, under main roof, for parking.
