Guest Reviews

  • "We have just spent the most wonderful 4 days in this beautiful location. You will not be disappointed. Our dogs Bonnie and Brandy had a ball, long walks, lots of running. The accomodation was perfect and it was a race to see who could get into the hammock first! We just loved the whole stay. Darren & Sue "

  • "We had a fantastic stay at Gum Tree Lodge. The location is fantastic - fairly close to Goolwa and Middleton by car, but you still feel you're miles away from it all. The accommodation is excellent and all is provided for a romantic, leisurely stay. Very easy to organise too, Michelle & Craig were very easy to deal with. I would definitely Gum Tree Lodge!"

  • "A very relaxing place for a break. Amazing view from the loft to wake up to. Highly reccommend for a summer or winter getaway. Michelle was quick with communication and organised everything without hassle. "

  • "Gum Tree Lodge provided an amazing weekend away for my partner and I. The house is amazing and as good, if not better than it is portrayed on the website. Everything needed for a short or extended stay is included from kitchen utensils and ingredients to bubble bath and movies. Organizing the stay was a breeze, and we will definitely be staying again."

  • "We came for a stay with our 7 month old baby as a first family holiday together. It is a fabulous place to stay as it is well equipped, compact but it feels very spacious. it also has enough of the luxury about it to feel like you are somewhere special (spa bath, lovely mezzanine bedroom). Its an excellent location as its close to all the fun in Goolwa and Victor Harbour but away from the crowds when you don't want to be there any more. Highly recommended. "

  • "We had a great week, excellent place to just chill out. If you want peace and quiet, fresh air, great views and love to hear and see birds then this the place to stay. Also there is plenty to see and do in the area. Michelle and Craig were great to deal with, good communication and prompt too. Also good to see they care about the enviroment. "
