Description

Sit back and relax in a modern fully renovated, self contained home only 3 minutes drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Opposite a lush green park (see photos) with kids playground, 2 minutes walk to a huge shopping centre and 5 minutes drive from Hillarys Marina. It is situated in a quiet residential street not near any main roads.

Our home is beautifully furnished and includes a queen bed in bedroom one, a queen bed in bedroom two (this also has ensuite) and 2 single beds in bedroom three. There is also a comfortable double futon in lounge and a stretcher bed in storage. Porta cot, bouncer, high chair and toddlers bed rail available on request. There are 2 fully renovated bathrooms, one of which has a bath, and 2 WC's. Laundry has top load washing machine ( unfortunately we can't escape the washing !!) 3 comfortable lounges, 2 TVs and DVD/ Video (plenty of kids and adult DVDs) and even Nintendo 64 and heaps of games. Children's own television area separate to adult's area. Computer and games also set up so you can relax and enjoy a wine while the kids are fully entertained.(If you require internet access, there are internet stations available at the shopping centre a few minutes walk from house). Ducted air-conditioning/heating plus ceiling fans in all rooms. For your holiday peace of mind the house is securely alarmed.

The back yard has the undercover patio area with a 6-seater outdoor setting, sparkling clean Barbeque and a FULLY enclosed grassed area so the younger ones can't run away!! Don't worry about washing the dishes after, as there is a new dishwasher.

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

1. 3 minutes drive to magnificent pristine white sand beaches(see photos), most of which have patrolled flagged areas.

2. 5 minutes drive to Hillarys Marina ( pictured in photos), a wonderful tourist attraction with plenty of cafes, licensed restaurants and shopping.

3. "The Great Escape" is located at Hillarys Marina and this is a kid's wonderland with waterslides, rides, HUGE trampolines, rock climbing and MUCH more.

4. The AQWA ( WA Aquarium) is also located at Hillarys Marina which has a spectacular display of WA marine life, and well worth a visit!!!

5. The Rottnest Island Ferry has a terminal at Hillarys Marina and there are ferries leaving regularly to and from Rottnest Island. Whale watching tours operate from here too.

6. The train station is 5 minutes drive from house where you can catch a modern, clean train nearly to anywhere in WA !!!

7. Joondalup golf course which is Australia's no. 1 golf course is 10 minutes drive and absolutely spectacular. You can sip a cocktail in the bar and watch kangaroos wander past on the golf course. You don't even have to play golf..... have a drink there or dine in the beautiful restaurants.

8. Why not head to the Swan Valley (about 30 minutes drive) to sample West Australia's finest wines or enjoy lunch at the wonderful choice of vineyard restaurants.

9. 2 minutes walk from Whitford City Shopping Centre, with every shop imaginable, movie theatres , Timezone and "Macdonalds" for the rare rainy day!!! If you don't drive, there are plenty of buses from this centre.

10. If you love to fish there are wonderful deep sea daily fishing trips leaving from Hillarys Marina which are worth every cent!!!

ADDED BONUS !!!!!

To save having to rush out to the shops the minute you arrive, we provide a welcome hamper with milk, coffee, tea, biscuits and a cold bottle of wine nicely chilled in the fridge. Also, a beautiful selection of shampoos, soaps and body lotions awaits you on your bed after your long trip!!!

For international guests and late arrivals I am quite happy to do your shopping (at no charge for my time) so at least you have your food and commodities ready to go. More information on this service by request.

A REAL FAMILY HOLIDAY
Having 4 children myself, I know that a great holiday is making sure the kids are amused and happy, so you can then have a break. For this reason, I have made the home family friendly with Nintendo and heaps of games, computer with games, table tennis, mini table soccer and mini billiards, ten pin bowling and body boards for the beach, a couple of bikes for the bike paths nearby, baby toys, heaps of kids videos and DVDs, board games and cards. Having a beautiful park right across the road with tennis courts, cricket nets and swings is also wonderful!!! For a rare day it might be raining, the kids can walk 2 minutes to the shopping centre up the road and go to timezone, Mac Donalds or the cinema. The entertainment is ENDLESS!!!
For the trips to the beach there are sun hats, beach towels, a SPF sun shelter tent and boogie boards.
