"The Garden Flat"
The Garden flat is a recently renovated, fully furnished, two bedroom unit with open plan kitchen, dining and living area . The unit boasts new leather lounges, TV, and DVD/Video player, new washing machine and electric stove.
The master bedroom with its Queen sized bed (brand new ensemble as of June 08) and built in robe can be opened up to the main living area with a wide concertina door.
The second bedroom has a three-in-one double bunk i.e. a double bed with a single bunk above, each with an inner spring mattress (the double mattress is brand new as of June 08.).
The second bedroom could also fit a single camp bed (not provided) if so desired for an additional child.
The “garden flat” is part of a small resort complex of independently owned units (Gowings), set amongst beautiful gardens affording privacy and serenity. The complex is situated in the main village of Mallacoota and overlooks Bottom Lake and Coull’s inlet.

FOUR NEW MOUNTAIN BIKES ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR THE USE OF "GARDEN FLAT"GUESTS. (See photos).

Set in the grounds are two electric BBQs, large solar pool and delightful outdoor entertaining and relaxing areas.

The "garden flat" is the perfect base from which to explore all Mallacoota, the surrounding Croajingalong National Park, and the magnificent Mallacoota Inlet has to offer.
Jetty hire is also available on request.

LOCALITY

Located 521 km east of Melbourne and 80 km south of Eden in NSW, Mallacoota (Aboriginal word which either means 'the place of many waters', 'place of meeting' or 'good water') is one of the last unspoiled pockets of paradise on the East Coast of Australia.
With over 300km of lake shoreline (mostly bounded by wilderness) and many Kilometers of unspoiled coastline this area is a fisherman’s paradise.
Hiking, surfing, sailing, 4WDing, bird watching, mountain biking or road cycling, the possibilities are endless and never crowded.
