Beautiful ,brand new,huge GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT at One Mile Beach, approximately 3 hrs Nth of Sydney.
(Photo of ocean indicates distance of property from beach only,the property for lease is the downstairs apartment which also has Fabulous ocean views and is 3 minutes to shops and restaurants.
A short stroll to the golf course,and One Mile Beach(proximity to beach as seen in photos).
2 minutes to RSL and Golf clubs.
2 minutes to indoor children's aquatic ,gym & leisure centre.

Free Internet use. Kids games available.
TV in lounge and Bedroom.
Will suit 2-5 people (1 queen ,3 single), or lounge converts into double bed, extra double mattress also available (negotiable on enquiry for use by extra persons).
Beach and outdoor pool views from ground floor .
