Great surf fishing or off the rocks. Walking distance to a major surf beach used by Kelly Slater & also a sheltered beach with rockpools for families. Best of both worlds! Easy access to the G.Prix track, Penguin Parade, the Koala Conservation Park. Ideally situated for touring Churchill island, The Bass Coast, and Wilson’s Promontory.

Accommodation Details:

Downstairs self-contained & private apartment of a modern, two-storey house. Apartment has 2 large bedrooms. 1 bedroom: queen bed. 1 bedroom: 2 x single beds. Lounge has pullout double bed. 1 huge open-plan north facing living area with TV & DVD, CD player. Kitchette with dining table, full cook top, fridge, microwave, & sink. Laundry with washing machine & dryer. Roomy bathroom with luxury spa and separate shower.
BYO LINEN AND TOWELS. Doonas, blankets and pillows avail in each room. Linen can be provided by prior arrangement at additional charge.

Tariff:
Peak Times (Christmas, New year, summer, school holidays, long weekends, special events):
$195 per night - see minimum stay requirements below
Grand Prix: $1200
Shoulder Season: $145 per night. Dates March, April, September, October, & November.
Minimum Stay: One week during Christmas period. 3 nights at Easter. 3 nights on long weekends & during special events. 2 nights at all other times Deposit: first night accom on booking (Balance required before entry). No deposit, no booking. Cancellation Terms: Deposit forfeited unless otherwise arranged. If no credit card taken, $100 bond which is refundable on leaving. Any guests names must be advised before check-in.
Please advise on booking if you are bringing your own linen. Linen: extra $50 per stay.
