The lounge and dining areas have been installed with a beautiful 'Spotted Gum' Australian hardwood solid timber floor; so please note strictly no stiletto shoes.

The Perth city centre is within an easy walk or use the free city shuttle bus as you're in a free transit zone. You're also on the boutique shopping side of the city with King Street and West Perth boutique shops close by. The Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre is another easy stroll of only 500 metres away!

The road side is canopied by London Plain trees and across the road are acres and acres of Perth riverside parkland. 'Jacob's Ladder' (just under 300 steps up to Kings Park) is a hundred meters away and provides a novel walk to Kings Park & Botanic Garden (Mount Everest Climbers have been known to practice on these stairs).
