Rocklee Grove accommodation rates are based on per person per night, minimum 2 night stay.

Included: all linen, fully equipped modern stainless steel kitchen with large gas cook top & oven, microwave, an extremely generous “gourmet style\" breakfast, complimentary bottle of “Rocklee Grove” Olive oil and food to feed the two pet ducks, Rock & Lee, (down at the dam).


TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rocklee Grove has been established to provide a high standard of accommodation, with excellent furnishings & equipment so you may enjoy your stay in the Broke Valley. We ask you to take care of the residence and its surrounds and it is implied that you agree to the conditions below when placing your bond and deposit monies.

BOOKING CONFIRMED ON RECEIPT OF:

50% of payment when booking is made.


BOND:
Bond is $500

The $500 bond monies will be returned within 14 (working) days from departure subject to housekeeper’s report that does not record any damage, losses or extra cleaning required.

Costs for loss, damage or extra cleaning will be taken from the bond and balance returned with receipt for repairs, replacement or cleaning required.

FULL PAYMENT

The $500 bond with the balance of payment must be made 7 days PRIOR to booking date.

CANCELLATIONS

Full refund available if booking is cancelled 3 or more weeks before booking date.

NO REFUND available if cancelled 3 weeks or less before booking date UNLESS the property is re-let to another party, in which case a cancellation fee of $100 applies.

Check in time is normally 2pm and check out time is 3pm on weekends or 10am (midweek) Can be negotiable when possible.

Number of Guests should NOT exceed number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. The property is for the use of PAYING GUESTS only. Additional guests and parties are strictly prohibited the price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial.

The property must be left in a similar condition to that viewed on arrival. The B-B-Q must be left clean or an additional $50 will be charged for extra cleaning. All bedrooms are to be left tidy with towels to be left on the floor. Should additional cleaning be required above the standard clean of the house, additional charges will apply. External garbage bins are provided at the rear of the house to place garbage & recycle bottles & cardboard.

Rocklee Grove is on tank rain water and the waste system is an envirocycle arrangement and is sensitive, so please be mindful with water volumes and waste products.

Rocklee Grove is a non-smoking residence and if smoking is undertaken external to the residence, please ensure butts are disposed of safely and properly in the garbage provided.

Security is important. When out for the day please keep residence locked and take your valuables with you. We take no responsibility for your valuables.

The swimming pool is strictly for Rocklee Grove guests ONLY, and glass is not permitted in the enclosure area. Please take care when using the swimming pool facilities as we are on tank water, and we would appreciate no jumping in the pool to conserve water.

Linen and towels are supplied (1 per person) please bring your own towel for the swimming pool if needed.

The stone B-B-Q and fire behind the shed is NOT for guests use.

Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Please ensure all windows and doors are locked, TV and air conditioners and electric heaters are turned off and the fire is safe.
