Rocklee Grove Country House provides a luxurious base from which you can enjoy all the Hunter Valley has to offer. Rocklee Grove is located in the picturesque village of Broke surrounded by and only minutes away from fantastic cellar doors and great restaurants and within a 10 minute drive to all the Hunter Valley has to offer.

Drive up the winding pathway and you will find Rocklee Grove sat among 40 acres of silvery olive groves and natural bush, bordered by the rugged outcrop of Yellow Rock escarpment. Rocklee Grove offers discerning travellers a unique getaway experience.

At Rocklee Grove you can explore the bush land and olive grove, study the wonderful art sculptures by the dam or simply read a book by the refreshing pool and relax with a glass of fine wine. This private retreat offers absolutely everything.
Rocklee Grove is stunningly furnished and consists of four beautifully appointed bedrooms plus three large bathrooms, sleeping up to eight adults (no children under 13 or pets please). The bedroom configurations consist of 1 King, 2 Queen and 1 double bed all with luxurious bed linen. It is furnished to a very high quality with a modern well equipped kitchen, and a barbeque on the verandah with stunning views.

The large swimming pool is a must on those hot hunter days and nights to keep you cool and refreshed. Rocklee Grove is air conditioned and has ceiling fans for those hot balmy nights in summer and a wood burning fire to keep you warm and cosy in the winter months.

The house has a wonderful “Tuscan” feel with beautiful gardens and an amazing Lavender Garden just outside the french doors off the master bedroom. The lounge and dining areas are spacious and adorned with wonderful artwork. Enjoy a relaxed long lunch on the verandah surrounded by the Wisteria and take in the magnificent vista. At dusk, you will be amazed to see kangaroos and all sort or wildlife gather around the dam to join Rock and Lee our two pet ducks.


For those who need to keep in touch we have free to air digital TV plus Wi Fi Internet access. We supply freshly laundered linen and towels plus soaps, shampoos and conditioner plus hairdryers. We even supply a special bottle of wine to celebrate the start of a wonderful experience in the Hunter Valley.

Tariff

WEEKEND RATES (2 nights) (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
* The nightly weekend rate for up to 6 guests is $685 per night (2 night minimum - see 1 night rates below).
* Extra adult guests are charged at $100 per person per night.
* Children are charge $60 per child (10 years to 13 years).
* Infants under 2 are free.
* A Lazy afternoon checkout may be available at $120 per stay, allowing you to use the property on the day of departure until 5pm. (subject to availability)
* An early check in of 12pm may be available for $50 per stay (subject to availability)

MID WEEK RATES (2 nights)
*Midweek rates are charged at 28% discount off the weekend tariff.

ONE NIGHT WEEKEND or MIDWEEK BOOKINGS
*One night bookings are available. Please contact us for a quote.

WEEKLY RATES AND LONGER STAYS
* Discounts are available on stays of 5 nights and over, please contact us for a quote.

OTHER CHARGES
* A deposit of 50% of the total rate is required by credit card to secure the booking. A $300 holding deposit can hold the property for 14 days if you need to collect payment from other guests.
* The outstanding balance is due 14 days before your arrival date.
* The guest responsible for the booking must register with Events in the Vines, by phoning the office, at least 24hrs before check in, to provide their credit card details, which may be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to): telephone charges on the house landline, any breakages or damage incurred during your stay, or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning.
* Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas and New Year bookings must be for a minimum of 8 or more guests and are a minimum 3 night stay at full weekend rate.
* Concert weekends must be a minimum of 8 or more guest.
