Melbourne Holiday Apartments - City Centre 1 is perfect for couples, families or friends visiting Melbourne.

We charge per apartment, not per person.
The maximum number of people is 5.

Pricing is as follows:
3 nights = $780 ($600 if mid-week only)
4 nights = $880 ($740 if mid-week only)
5 nights = $1050
6 nights = $1190
7 nights = $1350
8 nights = $1480
9 nights or more = $185 per night (apt serviced weekly).
Add 20% to prices for January, March, April, July, October, November and December.
Add 40% to entire booking price if dates include the Australian Open Tennis, Australian F1 Grand Prix, Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival and the Easter, Christmas and New Year periods.

This brand new, air-conditioned, 2 bedroom, 33rd floor corner apartment has stunning city and harbour views and is very well located in Melbourne\'s City Centre. It\'s on the corner of Spencer Street and Little Bourke Street in the CBD, directly opposite Telstra Dome (now Etihad Stadium), Southern Cross Train and Coach Terminal (formerly known as Spencer Street Station) and the fabulous shopping at the DFO\'s (Direct Factory Outlets).

The apartment itself has 2 bedrooms and one central bathroom with shower (no bath) and laundry facilities, including washing machine and clothes dryer. The living/dining area is stylishly furnished and includes a 2.5-seater sofa lounge, which converts to a sofa bed for a fifth person. The living room also contains an 81cm widescreen/flatscreen LCD television and surround sound lifestyle system. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and both open up to windows and large balconies, offering amazing city views, fresh air and natural light. Whilst relaxing at the 4-seater outdoor setting on the living room balcony, you\'ll also enjoy magnificent views of Victoria Harbour, New Quay, Waterfront City and the new Southern Star Observation Wheel.

Special features include; indoor heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, reverse cycle heating / air-conditioning, intercom, electronic door entry system, lift access, and remote control access to one free under-building car parking space.
