Located on the ever popular Fishpen Peninsular only a few metres from Merimbula Lake, Fishpen Holiday Units have everything you need for your next holiday. The complex features 5 x 2 bedroom units and a 1 bedroom studio - all fully self-contained. Ask about the recently refurbished Fishpen Apartment overlooking the lake that will sleep up to 8 persons. Unique 1st floor location - limited availability for JANUARY 2013.

All tastefully furnished, each unit features: queen size in master bedroom, 2 x singles in second bedroom, TV/DVD, full kitchen facilities, combined bathroom / laundry, off street parking, communal BBQ / garden area, ground floor units and great waterviews of the lake. Flat easy walk to Main beach, Mitchies Jetty, and local stores. The units are an easy flat stroll back into the township of Merimbula and clubs, restaurants and shops.

** Please note Unit 1 has a slightly higher tariff than the other 2 bedroom units in the complex **
