Cottage on the terrace is a lovely elevated beach house with two sunny bedrooms comprising of a master bedroom with queen size bed and built in wardrobe and the second bedroom with two single beds also with a full size built in wardrobe.
At the front there is undercover parking with ten steps leading up to the cottage's entrance. The front decking takes full advantage of the afternoon sunshine and overlooks a fully fenced treed front yard. This decking is perfect for lazy afternoons and the front yard is great to watch the kids play.
Upon entrance there are polished floorboards throughout, with a kitchen that overlooks the open plan living and dining areas and french doors that lead out to an elevated entertaining deck.
The private entertaining deck is set up with a large table, chairs and a BBQ which looks across a valley of trees. The decking then leads you down to the many rear garden terraces.
This cottage has a fully equipped modern kitchen with the convenience of a dishwasher (why wash dishes on your holiday!), a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, cooktop, toaster, kettle and all pots, pans, cutlery and crockery needed.
The bathroom is clean and bright and has a full size bathtub.
The lounge area provides plenty of comfortable seating with a two seater and a three seater couches. There is also a large TV, DVD/CD/MP3 player, games, magazines, CDs, DVDs and our welcome information book which has brochures, maps, etc on what to do on the Mornington Peninsula.
There is a laundry with a washing machine available to those guest staying 5 days or more upon request, otherwise there is a laundry mat in Rye.

This great cottage is 7 minutes from the Rye shops, 5 minutes from calm waters of the bay and 10 minutes from the excitement of the back beaches. Take advantage of the convenient location to the many activities offered by the peninsula such as wineries, hot springs, golfing, or just a simple walk along the beach. There is so much to choose from, just enjoy!

Extra child rate is only applicable to children over 5years of age.
Bond is $100 for 2-3 night stays, $250 for 4+ night stays.
