Cottage on the terrace

Description

Cottage on the terrace is a lovely elevated beach cottage with two sunny bedrooms comprising of a master bedroom with queensize bed and built in wardrobe and the second bedroom with two single beds also with a full size built in wardrobe.

At the front there is undercover parking with ten steps leading up to the cottage\'s entrance. The front decking takes full advantage of the afternoon sunshine and overlooks a treed frontyard. This decking is prefect for lazy afternoons and the frontyard is great to watch the kids play.

Upon entrance there are polished floorboards throughout, with a kitchen that overlooks the open plan living and dinning areas and french doors that lead out to an elevated entertaining deck.

The private entertaining deck is set up with a large table, chairs and a BBQ which looks across a valley of trees. The decking then leads you down to the many rear garden platios.

This cottage has a fully equipped modern kitchen with the convenience of a dishwasher (why wash dishes on your holiday!), a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, cooktop, toaster, kettle and all pots, pans, cutlery and crockery needed.

The bathroom is clean and bright and has a full size bathtub.

The lounge area has a comfy two seater couch and two tub chairs. There is also a large tv, dvd/cd/mp3 player, games, magazines, cd\'s, dvd\'s and our welcome information book which has brochures, map, etc on what to do on the Mornington Peninsula.

This great cottage is just minutes from the shops and calm waters of the bay or the excitment of the back beaches. Take advantage of the convenient location to the many activities offered by the pennisula such as wineries, hot springs, golfing, or just a simple walk along the beach.
