$40.00 per person per night and $50.00 per person per night in the holiday periods
The well appointed modern kitchen opens onto spacious dining and living areas.
A sliding glass door 13 meters in length,in turn,separates the living areas from a 25 meter-long covered deck over looking the large and tempting tree fringed pool.

Whether barbequing and relaxing on the hard wood deck ,this centrally located house just 15 minutes at most from main beach or any other attraction on the gold coast is the perfect choice for any happy occasion.
Out of respect for our neighbours in this tranquil location,we do not cater to noisy or unruly groups.
Further,smoking is not permitted indoors .
We have had to hire a security group that will take care of any complaints from the neighbours these complaints will be charged to the BOND of person who has rented the home.
Guest who violate these conditions will be required to vacate the premises with in 1 hour and all monies forforfeited
WHEN YOU RENT THIS HOME YOU CAN NOT ENTERTAIN ANY ONE OTHER THAN THE GROUP THAT IS STAYING AT THE HOME with out prior permission
DO NOT TOUCH ANY PLANTS OR FRUIT THAT IS GROWING ON THE PROPERTY.
DO not change or modify any lights or fittings in the home or out side.
Chairs tables or bench tops are not to be used as ladders steps or anything else other than what they were designed for.
White linen is not to be used to clean up any type of mess.
Absolutley no glass of any type to be taken to the pool area.
THE home has central heat and air that is available but due to excessive abuse we have had to disconnect it but will reconnect at your request but in doing so will take a meter reading before and after entry and charge for use.
Rates,charges and other details
Public and school holidays A$50.00 per person per night this price will sleep from 6 to 25 people in 8 bedrooms
All other times A$40.00 per person per night.
We have a minum of a 4 night stay PLUS THIS HOME CAN VERY EASILY SLEEP UP TO 25 PERSONS IN 8 BEDROOMS
Check in is at 3pm and check out at 9am.
there is a $300.00 cleaning fee..
WE HAVE A MINIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE TO STAY for 4 nights, if you book the home for 10 guest you are charged for 10 guest for the 4 night stay.
If extra beds are used you will be charged as having extra guest to stay for the same amount of time you have booked the home for.
Excessive damage due to food beverages beach sand or any abuse above the normal standard type of wear and tear will incurr additional cost.
Final payment must be made in full one week prior to arrival.
We require a security bond of A$1500.00 also to be paid with last installment
The rates quoted are for a minimum of 6 people for a minimum of 4 nights.
We do offer a 2 night stay at $65.00 P P P N, or 3 night stay @ $65.00 per night per person with a minum of 6 people
Sorry ,we do not cater to SCHOOLIES OR WILD PARTY GROUPS AT THIS HOME All our neighbours have the phone # to a security company and if they are called to the home for any reason this will be charged against your bond ,A second visit from the security company will result in instant eviction
