Although convenient to all transport options, you’ll find that most attraction are within walking distance and the city itself is only a 20-minute stroll away or 10 minutes by tram. The townhouse is sandwiched between the renowned shopping/café strip of Bridge Road and the colourful Victoria Street (“Little Vietnam”), famed for its inexpensive and delicious Vietnamese cuisine. A few blocks towards the city is Fitzroy Gardens, delightfully peaceful during the day and alive at night with nocturnal neighbours including possums and flying foxes.

Stretching over three levels, the townhouse includes 2 bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs overlooking a courtyard garden. Bathroom with laundry facilities and a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances are on the mezzanine floor. But if you don’t feel like cooking, there’s a terrific café practically next door and a wonderful traditional pub at the bottom of the street.

Two separate relaxed, spacious living/dining areas extend over most of the ground floor and the top floor, providing a haven for guests looking to relax and unwind after a long day of business or leisure. Facilities include latest model TV, DVD, a stereo, FREE cable television (Foxtel) and broadband internet access.

Secured inside a residential complex, the townhouse also features security entrance, secured off street car parking for one vehicle and a parking permit for a second.
