Just a few level steps will have you at cafes and restaurants, with Terrigal Beach right there too. Best of all, this little lane is hidden by trees in the heart of town, and has no traffic or noise.
The home is a totally renovated old cottage, with high ceilings, covered front balcony, and nice gardens. The rear deck wraps around a huge shade tree with areas for outdoor eating, sunbaking, or relaxing by the 8-person spa.

NEW: The home is now equiped with a huge Sony home theatre and surround sound, with BOSE outdoor audio at the spa. A complete garden renovation has also been completed since these photos were taken.

The home features three bedrooms and one bathroom.

Perfect all year round

Warm summer days will see you at the beach all day, stopping only to grab a bite at one of Terrigal's many cafes or restaurants. Back home in the evening you can crank up the BBQ or prepare a feast in the fully equiped kitchen.

In the cooler months, what can be more relaxing than a morning stroll on the sand, listening to rain on the tin roof, opening a book, watching a movie or playing a boardgame?

Just an hour from Sydney, this cute little home is a great place to drop out of the rat-race and relax!

Unfortunately due to previous incidents we need to make the following clear:
This is a quiet, residential neighbourhood. Please DO NOT enquire if you plan to hold Bucks/Hens events, Schoolies holidays, Uni Parties etc.
This home sleeps a maximum of seven - neighbours will complain if more people arrive, and a fee of $250 per additional person per night will be withheld from your bond if you choose to bring additional guests. If the additional fees exceed your bond you will be pursued for the outstanding amount.
At the first instance of noise complaints after midnight, police will be contacted. If police are forced to come a second time during your stay, you will be asked to vacate forfeiting any outstanding nights stay and any fines will be deducted from your bond.
This warning will not efftect the vast majority of people enquiring, if you would like any clarification please feel free to contact us directly.

NOTE REGARDING CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Online payments are managed by Stayz. Due to high fees credit card surchage issued by Styaz, credit card payments incur a 10% loading. Bond payments also incur the fee. As such please consider paying by bank transfer - over the counter or internet bank transfers carry no loading.
