Spacious, air conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 living room house with pool, jacuzzi, billiard, piano, romantic fireplace, and large entertainment area with BBQ, playground, and landscaped gardens including free parking. The house is located in Sydney's North/West, with motorway access to the Sydney Centre is just 25 minutes. This property offers lovely mountain views, and is located close to The Kings School, Westmead Hospital, University of Western Sydney, Rosehill Racecourse, Golf Club, and Homebush Olympics Stadium, with short walk to shopping centre, restaurants, and cafes.

Forgot to mention that the kids have a separate TV and playstation downstairs in the games room so you can have peace and quiet upstairs unless they want cartoons on Foxtel IQ there!
A car is handy if you are travelling much and there is off street parking.
There is a bus at the door going to both Beecroft and Parramatta railway stations (15 mins) and then it is about 30 minutes to the city but it is a bit reduced on the weekend. Westfield Shoppingtown with restaurants etc is about an 8 minute level walk away.
Pool is open all year winter is a bit chilly but there is a hot spa going nearby or a downstairs shower for kids to warm up again if they want to try!
3 comfortable timber ceiling bedrooms (all with ceiling fans) for 6 adults plus a downstairs games room with a piano and room for 2-3 single beds (convertible to a king size bed) and a cot all serviced by a separate downstairs bathroom / laundry.
Master bedroom has mirrowed wall and full width mirrowed wardrobe with a luxury kingsize bed with a ten stage dual controls electric blanket.
The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has two single beds convertible to a king sized bed.
Configurations can be one king and four to seven singles, two kings and two to five singles or three kings and two to three singles. Cot and high chair also available.
Linen, bedding, cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware is all provided.

December - January and Easter $1500 per couple per week or $250 per couple per night (min 5 nights). Extra persons $20 pn

New South Wales school holidays and Valentines $1200 per couple per week or $200 per couple per night (min 5 nights).Extra persons $20 pn

Non holiday weekly rate $900 per couple per week or $150 per couple per night (min 5 nights). Extra persons $15 pn

Non holiday short breaks and dirty weekends:) $200 per couple per night (min 3 nights) Extra persons $20 n

Extra rates may apply for Christmas – New Year, school holidays and public holidays depending on the length of your stay. Rates may also be discounted for longer stays – apply for details or make an offer that can’t be refused!

This home is perfect for the big family & it has everything a teenager would want to have whilst on holidays. We thoroughly enjoyed it that we've booked it again for a much more extended stay in late December 2009/January 2010 New Year!!!

Excellent place to live for a week or even more. I would be staying everytime I visit sydney. The place is more worth than what I paid. I would say its ***** Rated accomodation. We all are very happy that we had such a nice time in Sydney.

The property was immaculate and has been lovenly cared for. My wife and I have no complaints with the way we were treated or the condition of the house. Our three small boys enjoys themselves immensely, esepially after we hired some large toys to go in the backyard. All in all I thoughly enjoyed my stay and would stay there again in the future, if I come back to Sydney.

There was plenty of room for the entire family, in addition the games room with table tennis and pool table was a huge success. If the weather was warmer I am sure the swimming pool would have rated as favourite. The location of this large house makes it easy to drive to the local shopping centre’s, and getting to the city is pretty straight forward. This is a great house when you have a big family
