It is also 1 min from Coffs Harbour's popular tourist attraction - the "Big Banana", walking distance to Aanuka Beach Resort, 1 min drive to Pacific Bay Resort or just 5 short mins to the amazing "Pet Porpoise Pool"!!
The home has six huge bedrooms, 2 beautiful 3 way bathrooms plus an enormous ensuite with dual shower roses and spa for two. It has a massive home theatre/rumpus with bar, enormous multi functional, easy to use kitchen, and huge dining table. Add to this the beautiful lighted pool, heated outdoor spa, controlled CBus lighting and off street parking for 5 vechicles and you start to get a feel for this home.

The home is fully furnished to accomodate up to 13 adults and one infant (with cot and high chair provided).
The linen (excluding beach towels) are in the cupboards and on the beds, and the kitchen is fully accesorised including coffee machine.
Cool ceiling fans are available in every room and the home theatre has fully ducted airconditioning.
The home theatre is equipped with a 65 inch, HD, 3D Bluray TV and DVD player.
An open fireplace is at hand for cool winter nights with a fully stocked wood box.
There is lockup garaging for two cars but 5 cars can get off street parking.
All you have to bring with you is some food and your clothes, and you will have the best holiday of your life!!

This home was amazing. I have immediate family in Sydney and Brisbane so we met in Coffs Harbour at the Diggers home for my brothers birthday. We all loved it!! This home is truly for eveyone! The children spent most of their time in the Theatre room playing games and watching movies, while the adults spent most of their time in the kitchen/dining socialising. We never had any issues with the home and never at one point did we feel the need to leave, so we all spent great time together! And very very close to the beach!! Loved every Moment! Great home!!

I can highly recommend this accommodation. The photos do not represent how large scale the house is. It is well set up, great bedding configurations. We had 11 people staying there from ages 5 to 63 in our family and everyone enjoyed it. The pool,spa, theatre room, fire place and the aquarium were a huge hit with our family! It is rare to find a house of this calibre and well maintained. Glen (the owner) is easy to deal with and we will be staying there again next year. Fantastic!

The house had everything we could have ever wanted including a great entertainment area outside. It was walking distance to everything including the beautiful Diggers Beach, which was only a 2 minute walk away. Additionally the house was very spacious and easy to maintain. The photos do not do it justice and the 12 of us who stayed in it had a fantastic time.

Diggers Beach House was more than we could have hoped for to enjoy a relaxing girls getaway weekend. The accommodation layout was great for 8 ladies and the ultra modern facilities made life a breeze. Apart from venturing out for supplies, we felt no need to leave our sanctuary. We enjoyed all the facilities including lazing around the pool and soaking in the heated spa. The theatre room was great for chic flics and the mood lighting added a special touch to our dinner party experience. A great escape - thanks so much! Deb

Our party was a group of Netball girls who needed a little relaxation during our competition, your home provided a wonderful relaxing haven to come home to. Your home was well appointed with everything you could want, especially the spa bath and the outdoor pool and spa which we utilised most days.
Although the home theatre was impressive we only had time for one movie but again it was spectacular. Your home became known as 'The Palace' which we thought aptly described the house and made us feel like royalty staying there. Perfect holiday location.

A truly amazing property that has everything you could possibly need! Easily accommodated our extended family of 13 people ranging in age from 2 to 52. The NRL grand final in the theatre room was a big hit as was the pool and spa. We will definitely be back.

We used this property in August and September. It was very suitable for our extended family. Grandparents, parents and children. Plenty of space and good separation made it very comfortable. Great kitchen and dining to gather.

Loved this property. You will not be disappointed. The photo's do not do this property justice. Stop looking and book now. This is easily the best value for money on the North Coast. My little boy loved watching the wiggles on the big screen, and I am sure you will find something you will all like in the dvd library. A very comfortable home with all the luxury you might be looking for.
