This bright and roomy house is complete with full kitchen including Dishwasher and laundry facilities. The polished timber floors and modern furnishings make for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. There is 4 bedrooms, 2 with Queen beds, 1 with its own ensuite, 2 with 1 bunk and single bed. Making it ideal for a golf weekend with friends or 2 families with children. A north facing deck with 4 burner BBQ and outdoor setting for 10 to while away those warm summer nights and for the cooler months you can enjoy sitting by the wood burner browsing the many books on the shelf. Doonas, Covers and pillows are supplied, so all you need is your top and bottom sheet and towels.
2 pushbikes and helmets are there if you choose to ride the beach tracks into Cowes - to be ridden at own risk..

The Phillip Island Event bus stop is only 200mt away so a perfect place to stay during the many events and festivals Phillip Island has to offer.

There are so many activities to do and see on the island, from the penquin parade to seal rocks, visit Churchill Island heritage farm, Go-carting, Ten Pin bowling, Mini Golf and of course the famous Motorcycle Grand Prix and V8 Supercars.

Take a stroll through many of the lovely walking tracks, enjoy a game of golf or simply fish from the shores of the many beaches.
