Apartment Description & Facilities

Aspect is situated in a small exclusive cul de sac off the main Smith Street road. Entrance by way of secured ground level parking or by keyed entrance foyer. Lift will deliver you the the top floor which is only shared by two other apartments. A gate further secures your porch before entering into the apartment. Immediately you will be impressed by the size of the apartment and the views. This apartment contains three large bedrooms all with split system air conditioning. Main room has a queen, mirrored wardrobes and ensuite with large shower, his & hers handbasins and toilet. Second bedroom with mirrored robes and queen bed. Third room adjoins the kitchen area and comes complete with two large singles that can be joined to form a King bed. Second bathroom has toilet, shower over bath and hand basin. Floor to ceiling wall tiles to all wet areas. As you enter the main living area the granite island bench is the kitchens main focal point. Miele appliances include double fridge with icemaker, benchtop hotplates,stove, microwave and double sink and all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensiles provided.
Adjoining dining area with table and chairs leads out to balcony as does the lounge area with leather sofas and art decor paintings. Teak furnishings through out this apartment and quality finishings. Large balcony with table, chairs and sun lounge provides that relaxing spot to enjoy a glass of wine while the sun goes down and you contemplate the evenings activities. Need to be that bit more active during the day then try out the gym with all its equipement followed by a dip in the pool to cool off. Apartment comes complete with all linen and is serviced on a weekly basis or daily upon request and arrangement.

Aspect is centrally located off Smith Street and within easy walking distance of most locations. 5 min stroll to the Casino, 10 mins to Cullen Bay and its resturants, 10 mins to Darwin City Mall, 15 mins to the Wharf, 5 mins to Mindil Beach.
Bus stops nearby or most tourist providers will pick up from the apartment. Around Darwin you can visit the museums and galleries, take a cruise on the harbour, eat out on the wharf or try your luck at the Casino.
