All modern conveniences including plasma tv,dvd,sterio and a laundry with washer & dryer
The outdoor area to the rear has an entertaining area with table & chairs as well as the front deck having a BBQ and outdoor setting.
The apartment provides 2 secure undercover parking bays.

Oceanic 6 is an ideal holiday destination to soak up the far north coasts warm weather, beautiful beaches, fabulous restaurants and nearby rainforest.
You are 1 street away from the patrolled surfing beach Shelley Beach, also located at Shelley's is a faboulous cafe located right on the beach.
Byron Bay is a short 15 minute drive, Lennox Head 10 minutes.
The shopping area of Ballina is less than 5 minutes drive or if you choose you can walk to the shops via the walk and cycleway.
A cot can be provided if required and inspections are invited.
A $500 cash security deposit is required and is returned within 1 week of you vacating taking into consideration that there are no problems.
Every wish is catered for.
Breakfast provisions can be provided at a charge for you to cook your own gourmet breakfast or you may choose to hire your very own chef and dine in for breakfast lunch or an evening meal. Menus are available.
A mini bar can be stocked at your request with your favorites.
Adventure activities such as skydiving, hot air ballooning , golfing, deep sea fishing etc can all be arranged.
