Aqua Views is a spacious luxury open plan home for you to relax and enjoy your family holiday or a romantic getaway. Just two and half hours from Sydney, or 25minutes from Newcastle airport, set up high in a prime location. Sit back, enjoy and take in the majestic view in ducted air conditioned comfort inside or from your private balcony. BBQ on the balcony or cook up a feast in the fully equipped modern kitchen with large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction cooktop and large pantry. Enjoy cold water and ice from the fridge door. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with big screen tv, dvd player and stereo. Large outdoor setting in the rear courtyard. With 4 large bedrooms to accomodate all guests there is no packing away fold out beds or sofas in living areas. Internal laundry with large commercial washer and dryer. Clothes line out back. Double Garage with auto door. Plenty of room for the boat, jet ski and other toys. Outdoor shower for easy beach clean up. surcharge may apply for pets and off peak holiday periods at owners discretion. Secure courtyard for dogs.

SLEEPING CONFIGURATION

Aqua Views features 4 large bedrooms with beds to sleep up to 1o people in comfort. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite and walk in robe, 2 x queen size rooms with built in robes opening onto the courtyard. The fourth bedroom has four single beds, ensuite and opens onto a small private landing. Rates based on 6 persons. Linen is available for hire at $40 per room.

What's in walking distance and other Local Attractions

Aqua Views is a five minute walk from two beaches, local corner shop and take away, hairdresser, beautician, Thai restaurant, three parks with play equipment, public BBQ picnic areas, a dog friendly beach and the bus service. A relaxing 15 minute waterforont stroll will lead you to Peppers Anchorage Resort and Marina. At Peppers you will find Merrits Restaurant, open breakfast, lunch and dinner. The marina offers a range of water activities, boat hire, moorings, cruises and a resort shop.
Bikes tracks and walking trails are also at your doorstep. Take in relaxing waterfront surroundings as you stroll along the beach, enjoy the bush path with a view, and fresh air as a 35-45 minute walk will find you in the heart of beautiful Nelson Bay.
There are endless choices at your doorstep for you and your family to enjoy on your holiday. Take a swim at one or all of the many beaches around the bay or try surfing at ocean surf beaches. Port Stephens is well known for Dolphin and Whale watching. Make your way to D\'Albora Marina in Nelson Bay to find a dolphin watch cruise so you can get up close and personal with the dolphins.
