A stroll to the MCG, Tennis Centre, City and very central to walk to everything. Lots of character and beautifully furnished. You will have all the creature comforts making it your home away from home.

1st Bedroom - 1 x queen bed
2nd Bedroom - 2 x single beds (twin beds)
3rd Bedroom/Office - 1 x double bed
Living Room has 1 four seater sofa.
*Available for use there are a single folding bed as well as a portacot for babies.
All bedrooms have quality mattresses & bedding. Great quality linen & Towels are provided and included in the price.
New York Style Apartment is a self contained TOWN HOUSE - Warehouse Conversion over 3 levels with north facing veranda.
Conveniently situated near the city centre, a 5 mins drive from Melbourne CBD, New-York Style apartment is superbly located near Bridge Road and Hoddle Street, home to the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) where spectacular sporting events i.e. the Australian Football League (AFL) matches and blockbuster music concerts take place.
Beautifully decorated with modern furniture it has high ceilings and a large living area with air-condition, on the 2nd level as well is the dinning area and fully equipped kitchen and a big veranda.
The two bedrooms and a powder room (one toilet) are on the 1st level - First bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has a king bed, or 2 x long-single (twin beds).
The ground floor has an office/ 3rd bedroom with a double bed. The main bathroom, laundry facilities and lock up Garage are also on the ground level.
Also a permit for parking is available.
