This stunning new beach house has been beautifully decorated throughout with quality furnishings. Property features: 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas with 37" LCD TV in familyroom & 2nd LCD TV in main bedroom both with DVD players. Hi FI system with Ipod doc. Kitchen with all modern conveniences including stainless steel appliances, large alfresco area, outdoor deck and BBQ facilities. Fully enclosed back yard making it perfectly safe for the kids to play. This house comfortably accommodates up to 2 families.
