Extremely private (tucked away in a very quiet street) with huge outdoor entertaining area on gound level including a powerful endless relaxer spa (max 6 people). Main lounge with spacious couch, 50inch plasma & DVD. Fantastic quiet and secluded beach a few minutes walk away.

Venture upstairs to modern/contempory ocean views/sunlit living area/parents retreat (also with TV & DVD optional) which has it\'s own entertaining deck overlooking the majestic Sunderland Bay with main views of Pyramid rock. Upstairs master bedroom offers ensuite, walk in robe and breakfast deck with views of Pyramid rock and Sunderland Bay. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Or take the whole family (families) & friends, including the dog (strictly outside only - very secure with high fences and gate). Including a lock up double garage for two cars.

This premium holiday home will not disappoint, offering plenty of diversity. Brand new split system reverse cycle air conditioners/heaters downstairs and upstairs. Also wall heaters in all bedrooms.
As seen in the pictures, this house offers wonderful sea views. Pic 1 is the actual view from the upstairs balcony (a great spot to be as the sun sets). Pic 14 is the view from the end of the street (100 metres from house). Pic 6 is a short walk to a wonderful quiet ocean beach. Take the dog between 7am - 10am and 5pm - 8pm. Perfect for that early morning walk or late afternoon stroll.

Calender & Pricing

Please note that the calender is always accurate. If the days are not blocked out it means they are definitely available. Please also note that the reason the price is not accurate ( or fixed as one price ) when you click on a date is a STAYZwebsite orientated problem. We have tried to get this resolved so that it appears as a fixed price but they prefer it this way for some reason.

Please note : If booking weeks/months in advance payment is required when initial booking is made. If this option is not suitable then a deposit is required and in peak times is non refundable if you decide to cancel and that time cannot be rebooked.
We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

There should not be too much that this house does not have but a few things are not provided, please see below.

No bed linen provided ie sheets or pillow cases.
No towels ( bathroom or beach towels ) provided.

Doona\'s and pillows ARE provided including Doona covers.

Well equiped kitchen including microwave, good quality selection of pots, pans, plates, glasses etc etc
Basic cooking condements provided, eg salt, sugar, tea, herbs & spices etc
