Upstairs master bedroom offers ensuite, walk in robe and breakfast deck with views of Pyramid rock and Sunderland Bay. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Or take the whole family (families) & friends, including the dog (strictly outside only - very secure with high fences and gate). Including a lock up double garage for two cars.
This premium holiday home will not disappoint, offering plenty of diversity. Brand new split system reverse cycle air conditioners/heaters downstairs and upstairs. Also wall heaters in all bedrooms.
As seen in the pictures, this house offers wonderful sea views. It's a short walk to a wonderful quiet ocean beach. Take the dog between 7am - 10am and 5pm - 8pm. Perfect for that early morning walk or late afternoon stroll.

Please note : If you are requesting a stay for Saturday & Sunday nights and the Friday night is available on the calendar then the tariff will be charged at weekend rate.
The calendar is always accurate. If the days are not blocked out this generally means they are available, on certain occasions there may be a pending booking in the system that has not confirmed by means of a deposit or full payment.
Please refer to the rate column style pricing below as it is 100% accurate. Also please note that depending on your date selection at certain times of year there may be cheaper rates available so please send an enquiry email even if it appears out of your budget price.
Please note : If booking weeks/months in advance payment is required when initial booking is made. If this option is not suitable then a deposit is required and in peak times is non refundable if you decide to cancel and that time cannot be rebooked.
We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Please note : This linen is for the "actual" beds only : 2 Queens, 1 Double & 1 Single). If you require use of the spare bedding (upstairs divan or downstairs couch) you will need to bring your own linen for these (spare doona's and pillows are provided for these).
Doona's & pillows are provided & beds have mattress protectors fitted.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunderland Retreat. It is a beautiful house. The kids loved the bunk beds and all enjoyed the spa. Lots to do at Phillip Island, so we will be back!

A group of six stayed at the house for the 2009 Moto GP. The house was an excellent base, slept 6 comfortably and was close to all amenities. I would recommend the house to anyone wishing to use it as a base for visiting the Phillip Island Track.

Great place for a family holiday. Well appointed, spacious, comfortable and relaxing - the kids and dog loved it. The spa is fantastic on any night, and the numerous deck areas great for al fresco dining. The location is great for the kids to explore the rocky beach, with swimming and surfing only minutes away at Smithy's. We enjoyed it immensely and will certainly return.

This place was absolutely lovely! Great place to relax in - 50 inch plasma tv and a nice big spa.I was surprised at how well equipped the house was. It was also close to popular attractions. Everything plus more that you could possibly want from a beach house. Incredible attention to detail are the strengths of this amazing property. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay as there was plenty of room for everybody. Fantastic location with wonderful sea views. We didn't realise how sensational the beach at the end of the street was until we saw it with our own eyes!
