This two storey home has breathtaking views of Smiths Beach and Cape Woolamai and consists of 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 16 people. The home is ideal for a large family or perhaps 2 families, with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two kitchens (kitchenette downstairs).
Upstairs has a fully equiped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, a reverse-cycle air conditioner, water cooler, 42 inch flat screen LCD tv, extensive dvd library and stereo. Walk-out onto the large balcony which spans 3 sides of the home, giving you spectacular water views of Smiths Beach and Woolamai. This breathtaking outdoor entertaining area has a bbq & outdoor setting for all your entertaining needs.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs , 1 with queen bed, 1 with double bed & 1 with 2 bunk beds (sleeping 4) and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms (1 with ensuite) with queen beds and a lovely quiet living area that also has a futon (which converts to a additional double bed), self-contained kitchenette, bathroom & washing machine.

Published pricing is based on 2 adults and 2 children. Linen is additional. Price on application
A 50% deposit is required upon booking, 50% balance is due no less than 14 days prior to check in. Bank details will be provided upon approval. Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancelation fee. If cancelled at least 1 month prior to arrival.
If cancellations are made within 14 days of arrival a refund will only be given if venue is able to be relet (less 10% cancellation fee- 10% is on full tarriff). Strictly NO refund for non-arrivals. All losses , breakages or damage must be replaced, paid for or made good to the satisfaction of the owner. Property must be left clean & tidy upon vacation. Towels & linen is provided. All used bedding & towels must be placed in laundry provided at the conclusion of the stay. Check-in time is 2pm Check-out time is 10am.
