  • "What a lovely house to spend Christmas in! The views are amazing and the house is older but very comfortable. Lots of firewood and additional bedding if it turns cold and wonderful access to the beach and rockpools. Only issue was the outdoor setting was a little falling apart, but we just used our own beach chairs on the deck and ate indoors. "

We loved the location, the view was "to die for" and we and our little dog, Dudley, just loved walking among all the rock pools just in front of our accommodation. Certainly the house was old but was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. "

  • "Just to let you know we had a WONDERFUL WEEKEND in Lorne at Shoreline! The view was magnificent and the house had everything we needed (apart from the linen - but that was OK). It rained quite a lot on Saturday but although it kept on raining on Sunday, it was also sunny so we had a really good time. You were very right that the house is extremely cosy. I will even recommend it to some friends, planning in going to the Great Ocean Road for a weekend. They'll let you know...Thanks so much! "

  • "What a fabulous view! Shoreline is such a relaxing place and peaceful place with a great outdoor deck area that you can sit out on for hours, the view is fabulous! We got to see the fireworks on NYE from Lorne Pier, it was awesome!! It was so lovely to get daily visits from the beautiful coloured parrots. The walk into Lorne Town was beautiful along the beach. We loved the fire place! Definately recommend this place to friends and family."

The view from the main living area is very nice and each window looks out over the sea. We particularly enjoyed feeding the various parrots that came to the balcony in the afternoon for their bird seed fix!Did I also mention that its dog friendly??"
