The master bedroom has its own ensuite with spa bath and an adjoining bedsit with a quality double bed and there is still plenty of room for a cot.
There is another queen size bedroom and the third room has 4 single beds with the option of a pull-out bed as well. All rooms have built- in robes.
Choose where to relax with multiple dining and lounge areas. Along with the formal dining room, there is a breakfast nook adjoining the kitchen and an entertainment area with BBQ and entertainment area backing onto spectacular Gustav Creek. This area also has an air-conditioned theatre room and a separate seating area which overlooks the pool and spa.
That's not all....
An airconditioned Games Room upstairs, also equipped with wet bar, provides an area where you can enjoy the scenery while playing Billards and darts..
Adjoing the Games Room is a large alfresco outdoor area with waterproof shade sail. Lovely area to capture the breezes and enjoy the views and the mountains.
A stones throw from the harbour, supermarket, bakery and shops in Nelly Bay, and walking distance to the bus stop, this home is close to everything even though it is secluded and private.
