Constructed in 2001, the house is a two story, four bedroom property which can comfortably accommodate 10......or two families......with all the comforts from home.
Upstairs is open plan which includes a kitchen with breakfast bar, living area with cathedral ceilings, master bedroom and ensuite.
Decks open up from either side of the living area taking advantage of the breath-taking views of Anglesea reaching as far as the Port Phillip Heads on one side, and the imposing ocean view of Bass Straight overlooking the Angahook-Lorne State Park from the other.
Downstairs is an additional 3 bedrooms with a central bathroom, and a seperate fully equipped laundry.
The property is fully fenced and can accommodate 3 vehicles on site.
The master bedroom has uninterupted views of the state park and Bass Straight, and has a queen size King Koil bed.
Two of the ground floor bedrooms have queen size beds, whilst the forth bedroom has two bunk beds.For groups with smaller family members, the property is child and pet friendly.
Special attention to the bedding has been made to ensure that your stay at the Great Ocean Escape is as relaxing and restfull as possible.
