Tea Tree Manor is centrally located to all freeways and arterial roads for day trips touring or quick trips to the City of Perth or the fishing Port of Fremantle and South Terrace Cafe strip. Located in the popular suburb of Canning Vale and 2 minutes drive to the Livingston Shopping Centre which has 55 specialty shops, many fast food outlets, post office, ATM's and services.
The property is tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac with no passing traffic or noisy main roads with trucks, yet 2 minutes away from all the facilities.
Suburbs close-by are Bullcreek, Jandakot, Willetton, Murdoch, Cannington, Southern River, Armadale and Harrisdale.
