Lake Macquarie offers a wonderful place to picnic, sail or undertake some water sports, swim, dine out at our many wonderful restaurants or just explore. Enjoy music in the park and watch the sun set every Friday evening throughout summer.

If you have the time and would like to explore a little further afield - the magnificent hunter wineries are just a short 45-55 minute drive away; and the thriving city of Newcastle, with its beaches, shops, great history and cosmopolitan feel is only a 15 - 20 minute drive. The Wattagan mountain ranges are another unique attraction; as is our historic and very beautiful Morpeth/Maitland areas.
