What you will find at " Sunset "

"Sunset" sits on a level direct waterfront parcel of land between Newcastle and Sydney. Included with your holiday is beds for eight, Huge Plasma TV and DVD player, BBQ, Fans in all rooms and huge private decks abound. Plus all other features expected in such a beautiful and brand new executive home.

" Sunset " also is highlighted by its exclusive " Lake front " cinema. Sit outside on the bleacher seats and bean bags, chilled bottle of wine watching the latest movie on the giant screen as the last rays of sun slip gently down over the lake.

By arrangement " Sunset " can provide a fishing guide and boat to pick you up at your own jetty and take you to the top spots. The owner of the boat will give you a price specifically based on your needs and group size. The fishing boat owners' contact information will be forwarded to you before your check-in so you can make your arrangements directly with him.

Location

Sunset sits exactly halfway between NSW's two biggest cities Sydney and Newcastle. It is a small fishing hamlet and the fishermen will regularly offer you varieties of crab, prawns and fish right at your doorstep. !! Perfect on Saturday night with guests believe me.

Mannering Park has all mod cons needed without the excess.

Shopping centres are a short drive as are restauraunts and clubs. Beautiful beaches and national parks are within 10 minutes, even a " Nude" beach for the more adventorous.

Sailing, skiing, wakeboarding, sculling and fishing are world class and right at your own jetty.

We enjoyed fishing, swimming and kayaking in the lake and didnt feel the need to leave the house at all, we even enjoyed cooking in the lovely big new kitchen and had a bbq feast on one of the days. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice peaceful holiday with all the activities at your doorstep. We will definitely be coming back real soon! Located right on the waterfront, only metres away from the lake, this beautiful modern relaxing holiday house has a beautiful design to full fill all you wants and needs. Waking up with a view of the lake, having breakfast on the veranda and fishing on your exclusive pier, what else would you want from a short break away.   • "SPECTACULAR, is what comes to mind when I reminisce about our stay on the Anzac long weekend. The Sand has everything you need to be able to sit back and relax and escape. Being situated right on the lake was just fantastic as we were able to fish till we dropped and then walk no more than 20 metres back to the house and have a good old bbq with a nice glass of wine. How convenient! The beach is also close by and so we were able to make the most of the sun and the waves. Not only was the house warm and relaxing, but the neighbouring locals were more than welcoming. They will be able to provide you with all the fishing advice you need. Thank you Michelle and Rob for making our Anzac long weekend a one to remember. We will certainly be coming back again no doubts about that."

  • "Wow! What a fantastic property with absolute water frontage that can't be beaten. The house had everything you could want to make you feel comfortable away from home. It was so relaxing to wake up every morning and have breaky on the deck with the lake at your back door, friends even went and bought fishing rods to fish from the jetty at the end of the yard! We had a wonderful Easter weekend away, with Michelle & Rod being the perfect hosts."
