This apartment is located directly looking over the beautiful beach reserve. Just gorgeous! Spoil yourself! You deserve it!

Listen to the rolling surf as you dine on the balcony with family or friends.

Tea, coffee, sugar, sauces provided. Feel free to use as required. No hidden costs. Linen included (unlike many holiday places!)

3 1/2 mins walk out back gate and along reserve track to beach. Fish, jog, walk, sit and ponder....
Once on beach- Short walk to "flag" area on southern end of Caves Beach. Explore the Caves, swim. Relax, relax, relax.

Apartment consists of huge outdoor balcony with outdoor setting and 2 sun lounges, bbq, large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, 117cm LCD digital tv, DVD, well equipped kitchen, reverse cycle air con, bathroom with large oval spa bath, toilet, vanity and shower, hairdryer, 2 large queen bedrooms (both with queen-sized beds and large built-in cupboards) laundry with washing machine, dryer, sink, second toilet and single parking space (possibly single remote garage. (ask if garage is available, as at times we store some gear in it and access may not be available))

Linen, bath towels and tea towels provided.
Bring your own beach towels and toiletries. Selection of reading books, dvd's, some music cds and games provided.

Depending on bookings, earlier check in and later check out can be arranged at no additional expense. Giving you more time to enjoy the peace and tranquility that is Driftwood Sands Apartment. It would be like having another day for free. ( NB. Dependent on other bookings!)

Enjoy the sand, sun and surf. Beach or lake.... take your pick.
Flagged area for swimming on south end of beach. Surf club, canteen, toilets, bbq. Grassed area. New restaurant on the weekends. Fun and relaxation for everyone.
Some of the best surfing ( or so they say!) on the coast on the northern end of beach ( closer to our unit)
Lake Macquarie and all it has to offer is only a hop, skip and jump away. A fisherman's paradise.

NEW CAVES BEACHSIDE RESORT only 2-3 mins drive or 5-8 mins walk along beach reserve track. Why not stay at our place if attending a function at the new Caves Beachside or Surfclub. (The new resort is where the old caravan park used to be.)

Swansea Channel only 3 mins drive away.
Closest boat ramp approx 3-4 mins drive.

Huge Coles at Swansea, for shopping 3 mins drive.
Visitors centre. Open 7 days, has internet if needed. 3 mins.
Library 3 mins. Open 6 days.
Bus route within 3 mins walk. Bus links to Newcastle if necessary.
Restaurants, clubs, all within an easy walk if necessary.
5 minute drive to Murrays Beach ( new residential area on the lake) Fabulous cafe for brekky, lunch or dinner. Great location.
Belmont approx 10 mins drive away. Lake Macquarie Yacht club and the Belmont 16 footers Sailing club.

New resort only 3 mins drive away or an easy stroll through the reserve.Take away, general store, papers. 3 mins drive or a leisurely 10 minute walk.(near the resort)

For the wine buffs, Hunter Valley approx 65 mins away.

Newcastle harbour approx 40 mins away.

Perfect for a getaway, visiting relatives or friends, or trying the area before buying!
