This destination has it all. It is quiet, yet close to the action of Terrigal and Avoca. It has brand new furniture and some appliances. It has large windows with views from amost every room in the house (including from the spas!).
This house brims over with luxury and state of the art features such as electronically controlled lighting and heating, digital keyless access, in floor heating, large exorbitant bathroom spaces that make resort living appear cramped.
There is now the facility to rent downstairs for this property - which is a completely self contained 3 1/2 bedroom house.

The North Avoca area is unique. It hosts wildlife including native bush turkeys, kookaburras, rosellas and pelicans. The property, whilst having neighbours immediately to each side, has bushland reserve on the other side of the road and just one house away down the street. It is only a five minute stroll onto the sand of Avoca Beach which is patrolled from October until April. At the end of that beach is a movie house, cafes, a child friendly rock pool for wading and a rock walk around the cliff face. Walking the other direction leads to Terrigal with boutique shopping, the Central Coast's premier restaurant strip as well as beauty salons, spa and gym in the Crown Plaza complex.
Just down the road (8 minutes drive) is Erina Fair, the largest single storey shopping complex in the southern hemispere.
There is truly something for everyone.

This unique property is actually two self-contained three bedroom apartments, one on top of the other. Each apartment (contained inside the house with a proper, dog friendly, fully fenced rear yard and modern landscaped front yard) has it's own kitchen (with stove, oven, dishwasher etc.), spa, bathroom, seperate washroom area, outdoor balcony with outdoor dining facilities etc.
The ONLY facility available to rent is the downstairs apartment, with 3 1/2 bedrooms, one bathroom, seperate washroom, barbecue, outdoor dining setting, leather lounge suite and many other facilities that sleeps up to 8 comfortably.
The upstairs apartment is not available and you will not be disturbed by other people during your stay. You will have the 'run of the property' while you stay.
