Murrah is amazing, Gary & Marilyn are the most accomodating yet scarcely seen hosts around. The pool is amazing and the spa was enjoyed until the wee hours full of chat. We went 2 times in 5 months and both times were blown away with how beutiful the scenery is, how secluded Murrah is - and there not being any need to go into town - Gary & Marilyn offered to grab us anything we needed when they went in for the paper each morning. The beach was basically our own everytime we walked down. Boys loved a bit of putt putt and everyone loved just lazing around, truly a weekend where you dont even need to go in to town for a coffee - there is even a coffee machine. Linen supplied - best quality. We couldnt be happier be the experience and Gary the master of the pizza oven.

This was my third visit to Murrah in 3yrs. I usually go with the same group, although this time i took 11 new people with me. They couldn't believe the place was as good as i explained. I have now taken around 20 people to Murrah who now all want to go back and take more of there friends. Only bad thing is Murrah might become so popular now & i'll lose my secret paradise getaway. A truely amazing place with amazing hosts. If you don't try this place out, i promise YOU WILL REGRET IT....

My group of 7 friends and i decided to embark on another trip to Murrah after an amazing trip the year before. In a way i must admit we were having doubts as the trip the year before was so amazing we were unsure if Murrah could live up to this again. All i can say is Murrah lived up to it and again exceeded anything we expected. The hosts Gary & Mariluyn are becoming like family to us and do anything for anyone. Murrah is also forever evolving with a Table Tennis Table, Fooseball Table and a new stunning BBQ. This is to go with the already stunning Pool, Spa, Pizza Oven, Golf Course etc etc. They are also evolving with activities they offer to help organise from Fishing Trips, to Bush Walks to Winery Tours.
We will be returning again and so will people i know. All i can say id if you don't visit Murrah your CRAZY. Its a slice of Paradise everyone should experience.

We visited Murrah for the weekend with a bunch a friends and I have to say we had a wonderful time. As soon as we got there we went to the beach, which was spectacular and within 10 minutes we caught a good size salmon.
The hosts where very friendly and would always be there if needed but were not intrusive in any manner.
I would highly recommend that you visit Murrah!

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING....
My friends and I decided to have an early Christmas get together. So the 7 of us decided to gibe Murrah a go. Let me tell you it was the best decision I have ever made. Not one of the 7 people wanted to leave. We all fell in love. The pool & spa were amazing and Gary and Marilyn were too good to be true. I will guarantee you would not be disappointed if you chose this place for a holiday. The only bad part about the holiday was leaving. I know our group of friends will be back. This place gets 6 stars out of 5 stars....

WOW.. What a weekend was had at Murrah. The house is fabulous and was perfect for our group as there was plenty of space. We wanted a weekend away where we could catch up with girly talk. The beautiful beach was just a short walk and the views go on and on.The pool is a master piece and we look forward to all being able to try it out next time (as it was unusually cold this weekend). It was truly a great weekend and we still talk about it now, we wereable to rekindle friendships, have great meals and a few wines.Managed to get in a game of golf on the 9 hole golf course. The owners were great hosts, unseen but there if they were needed.Massages were arranged and that was the icing on the cake. We'll be back.

the Murrah is an absolutely beautiful house, it was so hard to leave that pool and view! The TV room was like our own little cinema and the kitchen was better equipped than my own. The owners absolutely made our trip and were so generous with their time and advice!

Fabulous house in a beautiful and unique location. With a lovely beach close by, nice views, everything you could possibly need in the house and even your own golf course! Our 4 couples and 4 kids had a great weekend with plenty of space.

My family enjoyed a lovely weekend at Murrah. The house is fabulous and particularly well-suited to groups as there is plenty of space. My parents visiting from Queensland are determined to return as the beautiful setting reminds them of Queensland's sunshine coast 'the way it used to be'. The kids loved the beautiful beach, complete with a pod of dolphins! The pool is divine and we look forward to being able to try it out next time (as it was unusually cold this weekend). The owners have thought of everything and are genuinely lovely hosts. The weekend was a definite highlight of our year!
