Large holiday house enjoying magnificant lake & ocean views. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge room, dining room, sun room, games room and fully contained kitchen. Largge outdoor decking.
Just three 3 hours north of Sydney and 1.5 hours from Newcastle, Smiths Lake is a very populay holiday destination.
Smiths Lake is very child friendly, with plenty of water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, water skiing and swimming at the very famous Frothy Coffee Boatshed.
The Beaches - Boomerang, Blueys and Elizabeth are our three closest beaches. Boomerang and Blueys are great for surfing with Elizabeth the best for young families with kids, as it is patrolled by the Pacific Palms Surf Club, during peak holiday times.
Main bedroom - Queen Size bed with ensuite
2nd bedroom - Queen size bed and cot.
3rd bedroom - 2 x tri bunks
