Tastefully re-furbished, this apartment has brand new modern furniture in living areas. Its elegance will please the most discerning of guests. Only 5 minutes walk to Orchid Ave, the shopping and dining hub during the day and the Gold Coast’s club capital at night.

The beach is less than 100m away with lifeguards keeping their watchful eye on you to keep you out of harms way. You may choose to go on the sand for miles on end in either direction. No matter which way it’s always beautiful. Along the way there are plenty of SLS Clubs, where you can have a bite or something to drink.

Booking Terms & Conditions

1.Within 7 days, from the date of booking or prior to check-in, which ever is the earlier, you will need to sign and return to our office all paperwork sent from our office. Provide a valid photo ID with your signature (e.g. driver’s license, passport) preferably via email to. Failure to do so could result in your booking being cancelled and charges may apply.
2.Keys to be collected from our office during office hours, unless alternative arrangements are made. Charges may apply. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00pm. If arriving after office hours please contact office for alternative arrangements.
3.Check-in is 2.00pm and Check out is 10.00am. In some units, check-in after 8.00 pm $20/hr for every hour or part of, after 8.00pm. Minimum $30.00
4.Early check-ins and late check-outs will be allowed if available. These will incur an additional fee. However, early check-ins and late check-outs will not exceed 6hrs on either end.
5.An initial deposit 1 night/week or part there of. Standard cleaning fee of $88.00 per stay applies. Cancellations more than 29 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited; less than 29 days prior to arrival 50% of total booking fee; less than 15 day prior to arrival 100% of total booking fee.
6.Balance of the full accommodation charge and standard cleaning fee will be deducted from your credit card 28 days before check-in. Card payments attract a 1.76% service charge.
7.Credit cards will be used for security purposes, cancellation fees, damage, loss of items, excessive rubbish, dirt and soiling will automatically be charged to any credit card provided by you. We shall notify you of any deductions. Debit cards not accepted as security, $500 bond require with balance. Schoolies bond $800.
8.Any damage discovered upon arrival must be reported immediately. Inventories for premises are checked upon departure.
9.The agent as duly authorised by the owner, makes all bookings in good faith. On very rare occasions your booking may be subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for actions taken by the owners of the property. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation.
10.Where multiple units of similar size and standard are available in the same building, the agent reserves the right to re-organize guest allocations prior to their arrival, to maximise occupancy.
11.The premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period shown on the check-in form.
12.Under no circumstances, will pets be allowed in holiday properties.
13.Smoking inside units is not permitted. Smoking leaves lingering odours which may upset other guests. Failure to comply will result in an additional $100 cleaning charge.
14.No responsibility is assumed for guests’ personal belongings that are left behind.
15.The number of occupants including children must be specified upon booking. This is a safety requirement and overcrowding will result in immediate termination.
16.The guests shall park their vehicles in the nominated parking spots allocated and abide by Body Corporate Rules and Regulations.
17.Any printed, written or verbal description of the premises by the agent or its staff is made in good faith but no responsibility can be accepted.
18.A breach of these conditions could result in additional charges, where applicable, or cancellation of your accommodation and no refunds will be given.

By paying the deposit on a holiday booking, the guests consent that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions above. PS. Failure to observe these terms could result in a termination of the booking or an amended charge.
