This well appointed two bedroom one bathroom apartment is situated on the 6th floor with magnificent views overlooking the city and Swan River. The popular South Perth Foreshore is at your back door.
The area is alive with cafes, restaurants and character hotel all of which are within easy walking distance or if you prefer have an evening in, the kitchen is fully equipped. A BBQ is located in the garden gazebo.
Bedding of one queen and two singles ensures 4 people sleep comfortably. There is reverse cycle airconditioning for your total comfort.
During the day relax by the resort style pool or simply sit and enjoy the lush landscaped gardens. For those who prefer shopping the precinct of Mends Street offers a unique village atmosphere or explore the local attractions of Perth Zoo, Kings Park, River Cruises, Burswood Casino or take the ferry and explore the city, Bell Tower, Convention Centre and CBD.

The ferry is a ten minute walk away or the bus conveniently stops at the door for easy connection with Perth Rail Station and Bus Port.

For guests staying with a vehicle north and south entries to freeway are two minutes drive away.

The secured building provides undercover parking for one vehicle.

LOCATION

The apartment is located South Perth peninsular, with the foreshore as your back yard.

It is a 15 minute drive from the Domestic Airport and 20 minutes from the International Airport. Taxi journey will cost approximately $25 and $35 respectfully.

Centrally located with the CBD a five minute drive over the Narrows Bridge or take public transport (bus and ferry).

There is a supermarket, banks, post office and speciality shops a few minutes walk away.
