We are centrally located, 1 Block to Cowes restaurants & shops, 2 blocks to our north facing Cowes beach and childrens playground. 1 Block to bowling alley, Kids fun shed & golf course, 5K to Grand Prix track. 10 minute drive to Minigolf, Maze, Koala Park, Penguin Parade & surf beaches. This was our second year staying at The Olives and we really enjoy it there. It's in a great location and most importantly for us, it's affordable. When we come to Phillip Island we always check to see whether The Olives is available before we book anywhere else.

Stayed at the Olives over the Labour day weekend with friends and our dogs and had a great time. Very well presented, neat and with the comforts of home. Secure backyard and was able to put our dog trailer away up the side drive as well. Lovely grassed yard, with lots of room to relax and entertain; including a decent sized BBQ. Has a fantastic time and really close walk in the main st of Cowes. Thank you

Fantastic property right in the heart of Cowes. Shops, cafes and bars all with in easy walking distance.
Top class golf course just around the corner for golfers and many other attractions near by for the whole family.
The house is comfortable and roomy, and has a great heater to keep you warm in the winter months.
Will certainly be going back, but next time in summer so we can take advantage of the massive back yard.

We chose this property due to the location, pet friendly status and price. The location was great - a short walk to the main street of Cowes. It had everything we needed, including a secure yard for our dogs, and made for an enjoyable, affordable family holiday. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was neatly presented, homely and spacious. The kitchen was well-appointed for home-cooking. The yard was fenced and suitable for our dog. There was plenty of room in the robes for all our clothes and things to be stored for our 10 day stay. A convenient location for walking into Cowes, to the beach and bike riding around the area. We had a lovely stay in this house. It was clean, childproof. Got everything we need. Enough space for the 7 of us. We even had a BBQ party in the backyard. It was just perfect for a holiday stay.
