Darling Point. A very desirable one bedroom apartment which is fully furnished and equipped ready to live in.

The living room has it’s own unique style of comfort. The sofa is comfortable and attractive and there are two other chairs that are in the Asian style as are many of the pictures and artefacts in the apartment.

The balcony with the ‘All round views’ is just right for enjoying your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine and watching the boats and ships in the Harbour.

There is new kitchen with all amenities, cooking pots and table ware and all you need to prepare a meal or a snack.

The bedroom is spacious and has a queen sized bed, attractive bedside tables and lamps. There is a great wardrobe with plenty of hanging rails and shelving for storage. There is also plenty of storage for suitcases and other items.

In the basement of the building there is a coin operated laundry.

There is a sea pool netted for safe swimming just below the apartment.

Just a short walk to a convenience store down the road.
It is less than a kilometre to Edgecliff railway station where there are supermarkets, shops, restaurants and medical services etc. The bus station is in the same complex.
It is about 3k to Sydney.
Kings Cross is not very far and there is an abundance of restaurants, pubs and clubs to choose from for a night out.

A bond of $1500 is required; this is returned at the end of the tenancy after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
