Minimum stay
Stayz cannot display our rates accurately. We have a minimum 2 night stay.
Our rates are:
* off-peak periods -- $500 for first 2 nights; additional nights are $120/night. One week stays receive a special rate of $800/week.
* peak periods (or any part of your stay) -- $700 for first 2 nights; additional nights are $150/night. One week stays receive a special rate of $1,150/week.
A refundable security deposit of $500 applies to all bookings
