A thirty minute drive to Mount Selwyn snowfields with excellent family skiing, or a little over one hour to Thredbo and Perisher via Jindabyne and the Skitube.

Beautiful quiet location, convenient to Selwyn Snowfields. Made feel very welcome by the owner, and the accommodation was clean and cosy those cold winter days.

Great clean and warm property to stay at if going to Mount Selwyn snow fields, we had a great time with friends, first time for the kids to see snow, loved the view and peace and tranquility, so did not do a review sooner.

I stayed at tackingal with my two kids .They loved the natural setting and hospitality of the owners.It is very comfortable accommodation with relaxing surroundings close to the snow fields .

We had a great time at Tackingal.It is clean and confortable and close to Selwin snowfields .
We would like to came again sometime soon for more trout fishing .
