Snuggle up on the chaise style sofas in front of your favourite films being played on the quality home theatre system.

There’s plenty of room for two families, with dreamy soft and supporting queen size beds in the two master bedrooms. To keep our prices low, guests need to provide own bed linen and towels. However, pillows, quilts and quilt covers are provided for all beds.

Kids have it made with double bunks galore, and plenty of space to separate the fun of the party from the sleeping areas.

No need to drive, the best pubs on the coast are only a 15 minute stroll away along the safe bike trail, or along the gleaming white sands of boomer beach . Just long enough to make sure you’ll enjoy the fine dining Port Elliot has to offer.

"relax on Barton" is in Barton St, Port Elliot. A two minute walk and you can enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in S.A. stretching from Freeman's Nob at Port Elliot right around to Victor Harbour, for surfing and boogie boarding or just enjoy walking on the soft sands and listening to the waves. The beautiful McCracken Golf Club is only five minutes drive away and 10 to 15 minutes gets you to the magnificent Victor or South Lakes courses.

The house is all on one level for comfortable access and genuine feeling of spaciousness. It comprises a large sandstone floored family room encompassing the sitting room, dining area and kitchen with reverse cycle air conditioning. The sitting room is equipped with a large Plasma TV screen with TiVo, DVD player and Home Theatre surround sound system. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, 4 slice toaster, coffee bodem, kettle & all cookware, crockery, glassware & cutlery.

The master bedroom suite has a queen bed, and a TV and luxurious en-suite bathroom, walk in robe / dressing room and north facing parents retreat with resort style table and chairs to capture the beautiful winter sun and views of the hills surrounding Port Elliot.

The pool room is equipped with a 8' x 4 ' slate based pool table, just pop your iPod into the sound system's dock or tune in your favorite radio station. There are panoramic views of the surrounding hillsides and in winter captures the beautiful sun streaming in from the north. Next to the Pool Room is a games and TV room with a fold down sofa bed and a huge assortment of games, books and magazines for your enjoyment.

Towards the rear of the house is a second queen size bedroom, the main bathroom with bath and shower a second toilet and another bedroom with 4 bunks, the house can comfortably sleep 8 people.

The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has a very large pitched roof patio with Jarrah timber table and seating and an easy clean four burner BBQ for outside entertaining in any weather. A separate large paved area and shed with Table Tennis table provides enormous flexibility for a longer stay holiday for a couple of family groups.

In addition the house has a two car garage with electric roller doors and direct access into the house, to tuck your cars safely away for the night. You are provided with an electronic controller for the garage and the home's alarm system so you can easily lock up and secure your belongings when you are away from the house.
