This "Tallarook" townhouse has a new kitchen with granite style bench tops, new appliances including dishwasher

Main living area is upstairs, main bedroom has a King size bed and television, second bedroom has two king single beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed and one single. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite

The lounge room has glass sliding doors onto the front balcony which overlooks the natural woodland on Jimmy's Beach. There is a cosy lounge to snuggle up and watch the large flat screen TV, read a book or to just relax in and listen to the birds.

The dining table seats eight .

There is a barbecue and new outdoor furniture on the front balcony

Tallarook has ducted air conditioning/heating and a laundry complete with washing machine and dryer.

Things to Do!!!

Directly over the road from "Tallarook" is Jimmy's Beach which is a safe quiet beach with pristine golden sand for the kids to build sand castles or to just sit and watch the dolphins playing. The water is a beautiful clear blue and very enticing.

If you are feeling more energetic, the surf beach is only a short walk away or you can take a walk in the Myall Lakes National park to check out the local Wildlife including the local koala colony. There have even been Koalas seen at "Tallarook". The Myall river and the Myall lake system area 'must see"

Fishing is also a great pastime of holiday makers, either from the shore or by charter boat from the Marina. Small fishing boats are also available for hire

A golf course, a Bowling Green, great restaurants and Clubs, make this area a great place for a holiday
Don't forget to visit the Tea Gardens Co-op and ask if the Myall prawns are running!

A Ferry Trip over to Nelson Bay for lunch at the Marina and a wander around the shops and Gallery is a must.
