Description

An ideal beach side holiday home, just a 5 minute stroll to the safe and sandy beach at Point Roadknight.

The house offers ocean and surf views from the second storey and from the entertaining deck that overlooks the swimming pool. The pool has a 16 metre lap lane and is solar heated for summer swimming. Some things to do:
- Walk, swim or surf at Point Roadknight.
- Head around the Point for walks along the back beach: 4ks to Urquhart Bluff and the \'Mermaid pool\' (small tidal pool).
- Walk to Anglesea town via the cliff-top track or along the beach (at low to mid tide) and Anglesea river.

The House

Upstairs in our double storey house there are three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with queen size bed and spa ensuite affording views of the sea to Point Addis. A second bathroom with separate shower and bath is situated between the other two upstairs bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. A modern kitchen opens out to the dining and living room area with views of the sea.
Downstairs there is a family/games room, a large bedroom with a queen size bed, the third bathroom, and the laundry.

Features:
Upstairs - Wood heating and reverse cycle heating or cooling for the kitchen, dining and living area; TV, DVD, CD player; electric cooking, two draw dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine; outdoor setting and gas bbq on the deck.
Downstairs - Washing machine and dryer; TV; trampoline in the enclosed rear yard; table tennis table in the family room.
Swimming pool - large paved pool area and child-proof fenced
Linen and towels not supplied. Linen hire available.

The locality

Anglesea is a quiet beachside town about a 1hr 30min drive from the Melbourne CBD. Anglesea is located near the start of the Great Ocean Road, a 15 min drive from Torquay and a 20 min drive to Lorne.

The township is relaxed and friendly with a good shopping village. The area has surf and swimming beaches, bush walks, and is well known for the kangaroos on its 18 hole golf course. Anglesea provides an ideal base for exploring the 12 Apostles, the Otway Fly, Apollo Bay, Torquay and Geelong.
