Enjoy an ideal beach side holiday home, just a 5 minute stroll to the safe and sandy beach at Point Roadknight.

The house offers ocean and surf views from the second storey and from the entertaining deck that overlooks the swimming pool (solar heated for summer swimming). Some things to do:
- Beach walks or surfs at Point Roadknight beach and the back beach.
- Head around the Point for walks along the back beach: 4ks to Urquhart Bluff and the 'Mermaid pool' (small tidal pool).
- Walk to the river and Anglesea town via the cliff-top track, or along the beach at low to mid tide.
- Swim in the lap pool in summer, or relax next to the warmth of the wood heater in winter.

The House

Upstairs:
1. Living area: Open style dining and living room with cathedral ceiling and views of the sea to Point Addis and Point Roadknight. Wood heater, reverse cycle heating or cooling, 42" LCD TV with DVD, Ipod speaker, CD player.
2. A modern kitchen with electric oven and cook-top, double-draw dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine.
3. Three bedrooms: A spacious master bedroom with queen-size bed, ensuite with spa bath and separate shower, all affording views of the sea to Point Addis. Two further bedrooms each with 2 single beds and wardrobes.
4. Second bathroom with bath and separate shower; separate toilet.
5. Deck overlooking pool and the ocean, with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ.

Downstairs:
1. A family/games room with TV and table tennis table for the kids.
2. Fourth bedroom looking out to the pool, spacious with a queen-size bed, leather couch and coffee table.
3. Third bathroom with shower and toilet.
4. Laundry with washing machine and dryer, clothes-line outside.

Outside:
1. Swimming pool, L shaped with a 16 metre lap lane and a large paved pool area, child-proof fenced.
2. Garden beds and lawn.

The locality

Anglesea is a quiet beach-side town about an 80 minute drive from the Melbourne CBD. Anglesea is located near the start of the Great Ocean Road, a 15 min drive from Torquay and a 20 min drive to Lorne.

The township is relaxed and friendly with a good shopping village. The area has surf and swimming beaches, bush walks, and is well known for the kangaroos on its 18 hole golf course. Anglesea provides an ideal base for exploring the 12 Apostles, the Otway Fly, Apollo Bay, Torquay and Geelong.
