APARTMENT 1314 - VIEWS, LUXURY & LOCATION:

This spacious, modern, and immaculate 3-bedroom apartment is situated on level 31 of the Skyline Tower. It offers state-of-the-art luxurious living, with superb panoramic views from all rooms over the golden beaches and the Pacific Ocean\'s rolling surf.

Apartment Facilities:

Lounge and dining: Contains lounge suite, dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen TV and Austar (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a balcony with outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy the stunning ocean views that you can only get from such a high floor.

Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet designer kitchen with granite bench tops, double stainless steel sink, electric cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, 370 litre refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

Master bedroom suite: Contains king size bed, walk-in robe, TV and a full en-suite bathroom with granite finishes and hair dryer. The Master Bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors that open to the balcony with amazing ocean views to wake up to.

Second bedroom: Contains two single beds and a built-in robe.

Third bedroom: Contains one queen size bed and a built-in robe.

Main bathroom: Hand basin with granite finishes, bathtub, shower, toilet and hair dryer.

Laundry: Full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.

All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with ducted air conditioning, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for two (2) vehicles. For your safety, internal chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors.

Note: SunMore has another Apartment (1312) on the same floor. The option of booking two apartments together on the same floor is proving to be popular with large families and groups. Please let us know well in advance if you wish to book both apartments.

Beaches in the Sky - Reminiscent of a seaside village, the Chevron Renaissance Beaches in the Sky is a vast garden, recreation, swimming pool and sandy beach. This central oasis features a dramatic aquascape of tropical lagoons, rocky outcrops, sandy beaches, tranquil grottos and linking bridges and causeways. It is a haven of fun, relaxation, exploration and activity.

Adjacent, and connected by covered colonnades, the 25 metre indoor lap pool, gymnasium and spa are housed in a conservatory style pavilion secluded in cool tropical gardens. The resort also features its own water gardens, recreation lawns, outdoor swimming pool, entertainment terraces, BBQ areas.
