"Casa Bella" speaks volumes. This is the perfect holiday getaway - set amongst native trees in a quiet, secluded court - and only a few minutes walk to the beach and heart of Cowes. Beautifully presented throughout, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, "Casa Bella" is ideal for two families, and is sure to make your holiday one to remember!
A member of the Phillip Island Holiday Homes group, the house is fully furnished with comfortable beds, all kitchen appliances and products, plus a spacious, anply furnished lounge equipped with TV/DVD/CD player. Each of the two main bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom (one with bath) and a TV set (one with DVD player). All weather conditions are catered for with a reverse cycle split system air conditioner/heater and a warming Coonara woodfire (all wood supplied) for those cold winter nights.
The long, shady verandah extends the full length of the house, and culminates in a gated, elevated rear deck, overlooking the fully fenced rear garden. The deck is equipped with outdoor setting, gas BBQ and sailcloth for those long lazy summer afternoons and evenings.

All beds are equipped with pillows, doonas and doona covers. The two Queen beds are fitted with electric blankets.
Guests are required to provide their own linen unless otherwise arranged. All linen, including top & bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, facecloths & bathmats can be provided, with beds made up before arrival and stripped after departure, for a minimal fee. Linen hire is compulsory for one-night stays.
Linen Hire Charges: $30 per Queen bed and $15 per single bunk. Charges apply per stay.
